With high fines surrounding uncontained dust control, R&D of a new type of screen had begun. We are currently in the process of finalizing a new type of patented screen that will remove dust control problems during screening.

Our G12’ line of Grizzlies were developed to work with the 3 to 5 yard loader market.

Built with solid 1 ½” tumbler bars and 1”x4” solid Grizzly bars this unit will withstand thousands and thousands of yards of rock and dirt. Our 12’-12” Grizzly is built with 2”x4” solid grizzly bars and 2” solid tumbler bars to take on Rip Rap and more! Our patented lift lugz and easy to remove screen faces make our products versatile, easy to use and extremely long lasting!

Add in that our Screen surface with 121 sq ft of screening surface is 22 to 25% more than our competitors, thus making the Zscreen Grizzly the most efficient static screener in the market. Down time is not in our vocabulary.
